Women are not meant to walk this path alone.

If you’ve been craving deeper connection, a moment to breathe, and a sacred space to reconnect with yourself, you’re warmly invited to join us for our Golden Thread Women’s Circle.

This month we gather around the theme of Renewal, Expansion & Possibilities, gently planting new intentions within our hearts for the path ahead.

You’ll be guided into a beautiful inner journey through Steph’s heart-led meditation, followed by a powerful light language healing transmission from Rita, along with gentle sound healing to help integrate and restore balance.

There will also be space for connection and sharing, allowing each woman to feel seen, heard and supported within the circle.

Leave feeling supported, grounded and deeply connected in the presence of sisterhood.

“I have the power to help create a world that loves and appreciates all children.”

And today, it doesn’t feel soft. It feels like a roar.

Because loving children is not passive. It’s fierce, protective and ancient.

There is something awakening in women right now. A remembering.

We are done with systems that silence sensitivity. We are done with shaming emotion. We are done with children being told they’re ‘too much’ when they are actually intuitive, wise, and wildly alive.

The sacred feminine does not attack, but she does guard.

She stands at the gates.
She shields the tender hearts.
She teaches them that their tears are holy.
Their voices matter.
Their light is not to be dimmed for anyone.

And perhaps the most revolutionary act of all, we heal the child within ourselves. We stop abandoning her. We stop shrinking her. We stop apologising for her magic.

This is how we change the world. Not through force. But through fierce love.

I have the power.

Today’s affirmation is beautifully fitting with this months Golden Thread Women‘s Circle theme.

“Forgiveness is the healing tool I carry with me everywhere.” - Louise Hay

Forgiveness is not weakness. It is liberation. It’s the moment we choose to put down the story that’s been heavy in our hands. It’s the softening of the heart where armour once lived. It is the sacred return to ourselves.

This month, we gather in sisterhood to explore the profound medicine of forgiveness. Not as something we force, but as something we allow.

Together we will gently untangle:
- Old wounds that still whisper
- Words left unsaid
- Regrets carried in silence
- Ancestral threads that were never ours to hold

We will call upon Archangel Zadkiel, guardian of mercy and compassion, and work with the sacred Violet Flame. The frequency of transmutation and divine alchemy. It does not judge. It transmutes.

In circle, through guided meditation, light language, intention and sacred feminine presence, we will:
- Release resentment
- Dissolve energetic cords
- Forgive ourselves
- Soften into grace
- Reclaim our light

Forgiveness is not about excusing harm. It is about freeing your nervous system. Freeing your body. Freeing your lineage. Freeing your future.

And in that freedom… something golden returns.

Introducing Inner Healing Sanctuary 🤍

A gentle online meditation space for women moving through cancer treatment.

Inner Healing Sanctuary was born from my own breast cancer journey. One that included 16 rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and 15 rounds of radiation.

Meditation became my anchor. It supported my mindset, helped me stay grounded and offered moments of peace during a time that felt uncertain and overwhelming.

This is not a support group.
This is not a space to discuss diagnoses.

It is a peaceful, nurturing container where women come together simply to rest, breathe, soften, and reconnect with themselves.

- 30 minute guided meditation
- Online via Zoom
- Cameras optional · Sharing optional
- A gentle, held space

Our first session begins next Wednesday.
