I’m sure for most people in here being sympathetic people experience this.
This is something I learnt the hard way especially working with energy daily - taking on other peoples “stuff” as they say but I wasn’t clearing or protecting my own energy in the early days properly.
It has become a daily routine for me otherwise my energy gets depleted fast and I get sick as a result 🫣
