As a chiropractor, my goal isn’t just to help you feel better in the clinic—it’s to give you the tools to support your own healing and maintain your progress between appointments. Reality is, the more physical therapy you do at home, the less you have to see people like me. Chiropractic care works best when it’s part of a larger commitment to your health.This video shows just one way of maintaining progress.
