BIO
Daniel Wilkinson, Remedial Massage Therapist with 7 years industry experience. I have long held a strong interest in the lymphatic, fascial and skeletal systems of the body.
Throughout my practice, I have frequently found myself dealing with chronic conditions arising out of dysfunction within these often-overlooked systems.
While my treatments are suited to a wide range of individuals and complaints, they are typically most beneficial to those who have sometimes found massage to be overly painful or otherwise unhelpful.
Some conditions I have been successful in helping clients manage include chronic multi-site pain occurring in the muscles, connective tissues, joints and nerves, pain caused by excessive swelling (oedema) and lymphatic congestion.
To achieve the best possible results, treatments may employ a variety of techniques including Myofascial Release, Myofascial Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Assisted Stretching (Muscle Energy Technique), and Joint Mobilisation.
