In 2025, a 9 Year of Conclusions, this 11 month brings extra world-changing vibes.

Master 11/2 is about walking the talk, equal partnerships and polarising people into action.

Things to avoid: Codependence, hiding from the spotlight or judging others on a different path.

I've run a spiritual business for decades and will share practical tips to help you heal your relationship with money.

Lotus Kruse has been my alchemy and business coach for several years. She has also been one of my greatest supports while getting divorced.

Hi Folks! Sadly, I won't be reading at Ipswich Plant and Lifestyle Fair tomorrow as I'm on my second round of antibiotics for a respiratory issue I've had since May (when I filed for divorce). I'm very sensitive atm. I have moved pre-booked clients to online.

That said, I highly recommend attending this incredible event. I absolutely love Chelsea the founder and everything she stands for.

Supporting local small businesses is a vote for community and diversity.

With storms predicted for tomorrow afternoon, we’ve decided to start the Ipswich Plant and Lifestyle Fair at 8am.

It means our amazing stallholders will be working extra hard to get ready in time but honestly, they’ve been working hard all year to bring you this event.

For many, this is their last market before Christmas, so if you’ve been meaning to shop local, tomorrow’s the day!

Just one small purchase from 2,000 people makes a huge difference, it means a great day for everyone.

Happy birthday to my magical mum! She's a 26/8 life path Boss entering a 1 personal year of beginnings (same as me - our birthdays are also 9 months apart.)

Here are 8 ways she taught me to be a boss lady:

1) She is great at maths and had me doing sums from early childhood. She never wanted me to get cheated financially and still checks that I've done my taxes :D She even reads tax books for fun.

2) She haggles like no one I've ever met. Great training for my former career as a senior manager in fundraising. I used to cringe when she asked for discounts for faulty items, but now I do the same.

3) I watched her mow the lawn and raise us since I was a teen. She either got help in or figured stuff out (with my dad helpfully faxing tips). She rarely sat down until late at night. Both of us like to get sh*t done.

4) Mum worked the phones at Telstra (as did I) and is amazing at getting the truth out of cranky people. I also find talking things out brings more gold than beating around the email bush.

5) She made me look after my teeth! I've blogged before about teeth and money. Your mouth is an investment property. Look after it or face expensive health costs later. I still get so many compliments on my smile, I guess it was worth the decades of orthodontics...

6) She always says 'be healthy, wealthy and wise.' I had so much carrot sticks and fresh orange juice, I'm surprised I don't have the complexion of an Oompa Loompa. When I moved out, she'd give me bags of fruit and hassle me to keep juicing :D

7) Her critical thinking is really strong. I struggled with it when I was younger but I know I know her 8 life path and 1 Destiny in numerology mean she is all business and big picture management. She questions everything, to raise the bar.

8) Good shoes. I craved pretty sandals as a girl but always had proper footwear thanks to mum. She never skimped on quality. Grateful for her taste now.

Yup, there's more to life than being girly, it's also about being a woman who can change the world.

An obsession with figures - the cost of trying to fit in. Trigger warning - eating issues.

It feels timely to post this, as we go through a 1 Universal month of healing our bodies.

As a child, my parent's dream was for me to become a doctor. I did the interviews but fell short marks-wise, and ended up studying enviro science.

Little did they know, all I wanted to be was beautiful. I was teased constantly for my flat face, skin colour, braces, acne, etc. at school and would have done anything to be blonde haired, b***y and blue eyed.

My spare time was spent reading magazines. I wanted to be a columnist and model (I'm 179cm tall). I did work experience for 'Girlfriend' but realised this was not an acceptable career, given my family background.

Over the years I tried out to be a model and was given positive feedback but didn't follow through. I was anxious, froze under pressure and prone to under-eating.

Soon after these photos were taken (that's me, after being signed to Dallys), I was diagnosed with anorexia (orthorexia?) and went into therapy. Later on I figured out I'm also neurodiverse.

Despite anorexia being one of the most serious mental illnesses, people did not take me seriously when I told them my diagnosis.

Typical replies I received were...
-That's impossible, you look great
-Geez, I wish I had that problem
-Here, have some of my fat
-You just need to eat a burger
-You're not that thin
-I like you skinny
-There's no such thing!

Dr Leanne Barron told me, 'you look ok, but your internal organs could shut down anytime' (blog below) Yikes!

The costs of watching my weight were infertility*, period pain, fatigue, indigestion, constipation, poor decision-making and more (*I was afraid of being a mother/ childbirth.)

After recovering to have 3 kids and a great career, I would never go back to hurting myself like that.

True love, embraces her wobble. Doing psychic work, meditation, dancing, yoga, music + having a loving tribe have all kept me well too.

Please, don't shrink yourself to fit a box. Be a wild orchid who blossoms beyond fear.

Rare group pics! As you can see, the boys are thriving, bless. 5 funny tales from recent weeks:

1) Yesterday, Ziggy (4yo) hid Forrest's marbles and says 'you can't see them!'

Forrest (9yo) replies, 'I can still see them with my third eye...'

Then he lectures Ziggy on what the third eye is.

I was walking past and dashed to another room to crack up. Didn't want to interrupt the magic.

2) I asked Ziggy to unstack the dishwasher and he did so while singing 'We are the Champions' by Queen. It was priceless.

I recorded some audio too.

3) We all love telling jokes in the car.

Ziggy: Why did the mango cross the road?

Us: Why?

Ziggy: To give the people some food.

Charlie (8yo): That's not funny Ziggy.

Me: I like it.

4) Ziggy had zucchini chocolate brownies at daycare.

Ziggy: The brownies were soo good Mum.

Me: I want some too.

Ziggy: No Mum, you have to be me-sized to eat them!!

Me: Darn...

5) We were pretending to choose each other again as family members.

Charlie: Forrest, I have a Mum for sale. Want to buy her?

Forrest: What are the benefits?

Charlie: She's on TV and helps people.

Forrest: Nah.

*thinks for a moment*

Wait, is she a numerologist?

Charlie: Yes!

Forrest: I love numerologists! I'll take her.

Charlie: Special price for you today. Only 500 000 dollars.

Forrest: Lucky I'm rich.

Me: Do you guys even know what a numerologist is?

Kids: Uh, no?

Me: Nevermind. Carry on...
