My name is Raisa. Having spent the last 10 years in the wellness industry, I believe that massages are key for good health. I have been trained all over the world on different styles of massages such as Polynesian, Thai, Shiatsu, Therapeutic, Relaxation and Hot stone. In addition, I am a qualified physiotherapist in Spain and Beauty Therapist, specialist on body treatments and facials who can showcase varied techniques to ensure customers are relaxed and stress free. I personalise every treatment to your needs providing high level of service.

Vida Acupuncture & Wellness studio is closing its doors.

As many of you know, Jonny and I decided to sell our property and we have ordered a caravan!!

For some time now, we had this dream of travelling Australia with the boys and we are finally taking the steps to making it happen!!

The studio was my first baby, and saying goodbye is really bittersweet. I am so grateful for the love and ongoing support you have given me since I started. I have been honoured to be part of the journey of so many of you and your families and you have seen me grow as a practitioner and become a mother myself. So Thank you ❤️

But this isn’t the end of our journey together! You can still book with me till we leave on our adventure next year:

Mondays at Burleigh
Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at Oxenford
Thursdays at Chevron Island
