We’ve been training qualified Healers for 20 years through our original My Health Healers Course, developed from years of private practice in psychology & the healing arts.

Sometimes we have a special opportunity to meet our online trainees in person!
We are in our 11th year of online trainings, 22 years of in-person trainings & 27 years as a healing & wellness space!
We learn so much from our online trainees through their incredible activity & assignment work. Marking the submissions from those who devote themselves to sacred inner journeys never gets tiresome & restores my knowing there’s many heart-based souls on this earth who came to anchor love, joy & peace for self and the All!

Celebrating this auspicious time of year as our training year winds down and those who can, attend our annual retreat. Here’s just a few pics of the latest retreat with some of Carolina & Kim’s trainees, plus some older retreats to help us all reminisce. There’s even a pic of our facilitators of online retreat in 2020 when we were forced into lockdown! Love the Yoga Cat who joined in at home! Technology when used wisely can connect us all!

We want to find a way next year to collate pics of our online trainees too as you enlighten our world just as much as our in-person trainees!

All energy is made of 3 forms: dielectric, magnetic & electric. Neutron, proton, electron. Stillness, movement, form.

Whilst most people identify with their form, this is temporal. You are the one who is eternally still, observing without judgment this merry dance called Life.

This temporal realm will offer up much chaos and many distractions yet you have the free will to choose where to place your attention. Be the one who witnesses all beyond the drama. See yourself as a character in an outrageous comedy. Laugh, cry, stay light. This too shall pass!

Our Story

Established in 1998 as a healing business, My Health has grown into an international yoga and healing school with training courses in many modalities including Level 1 & 2 Yoga Teacher Training, Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Yoga Massage Practitioner Training, Healers Course and more. Training is offered in Broadbeach, Gold Coast at the main My Health Yoga studio and in Brisbane as well as internationally through our online training programs. Namaste
