For anyone starting out in meditation or finding your rhythm again, remember this:
Meditation is the process. The mistakes are your practice.

Each time your mind drifts, that’s not failure. That’s the moment you’re actually training.
You’re learning to meet what’s difficult with warmth, tenderness, and patience, the same voice you’d use to comfort a child.

Meditation is simply the process of becoming familiar with your own mind.
Your mistakes aren’t obstacles; they’re the pathway.

Failure isn’t the opposite of progress.
Failure is essential.
