I love leading a simple healthy life, feeling happy, exercising and eating good food! I have over 10years’ experience as a massage therapist and worked alongside an osteopath and Acupuncturist as well as running my private clinic, Natural Healing Pacific Pines. I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Advanced Dry Needling Certificate. I am very passionate about providing massage that delivers results, and ongoing learning about massage and the human body.

💦Our body is influenced everyday by the change of seasons and the changes in our environment without us noticing. 💦

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, winter is associated with the elements of the bladder and the kidney meridian pair.
This season affects urogenital disorders, water metabolism and pain in the lumbar region.

The bladder meridian pathway is linked to headaches, neck issues, and spine problems in the lumbar region.
Meanwhile, the kidney meridian pathway is connected to weakness in the lumbar spine and knees.

🤔Have you been diagnosed and received treatment for something that you really need?

I had a 30 year old male client who is a construction worker suffering from on-going back pain. He could be diagnosed with scoliosis by the way his posture and spine were curved which was way more abnormal than just a postural issue. We have been working with deep massage but he felt that he wasn’t getting the results he wanted after a few sessions. Therefore, we decided to try Dry needling on him for the first time. There was a remarkable change straight away and almost close to a neutral posture after the treatment combined with a massage.
So often I hear stories of people who didn’t get great relief by injections or their suggested surgery, however there are definitely cases where these suggested remedies for chronic conditions have changed people’s lives.

One of the mentors said “Motion is the Lotion”. Active movement and Strengthening muscle and joints are fundamental for our body to function. Massage and stretching are the supporters to create balance in the body
