The other day Alana shared she had completed 350 classes with us at Fire Shaper.

We wanted to share it here too because we love recognising the effort and determination you have in showing up and practicing. Even when the kids are sick, even when you’re juggling a million things, even when you don’t want to, we know you show up because we see you. At the front row Alana. Moving with grit and grace.

Our founder knows the value of having access to hot yoga during this time of year and it’s what inspired him to open these doors all those years ago. So please enjoy every breath, every movement, every class.
