Sirius is one of the brightest stars in the sky and is known as our Spiritual Sun. While our earthly Sun illuminates our physical world, our Spiritual Sun illuminates the truth of our timeless soul. The ancients were very in tune with the star Sirius, as they believed it was the gateway to heaven and the home of higher vibrational beings. They believed the energy of Sirius carried highly advanced wisdom that we could tap into and utilize whenever Sirius was strongest in the sky, which is around the 8th of August, in the constellation of Leo ♌️, the lion.

So, go outside, find the brightest star in the sky at night, witness the rising sun in the morning and the magnificence of our existence, smile, and decide exactly what is it you want to create

🦋 How do you distinguish between the voice of the higher self and that of your egoic self?

You probably understand that when you have a choice to make or if you need some guidance, the voice you need to tune into is your higher or soul self. But how can you tell if the guidance you receive is coming from your egoic mind or not? This takes much practise and sometimes years to fully master. Having said that, here are some guidelines:

🧚‍♀️Regulate your breathing, consciously relax your body, do your favourite meditation, then ask yourself the question you are struggling with
🧚‍♀️Feel into your body when you ask the question and receive an initial answer: do you feel it in your solar plexus, your heart, your throat or somewhere else?
🧚‍♀️Guidance from your inner or higher self:

〰️ Coming from a place of love
〰️ Belief in abundance
〰️ A positive tone
〰️ A feeling of ‘knowing’ that it is the right move/decision/action (even though the scared part of your personality may still be nervous)

⚠️Guidance from egoic self:

✖️ Coming from a place of fear
✖️ Belief in scarcity/lack
✖️ A judging or belittling tone
✖️ Answer stemming from a feeling of inferiority or superiority

We have heard many times before that the answers to all our problems can be found within. With persistence and practise, you can be your own healer 🦋
