The reason is — this is literally my weight loss advice.
For years I did what every diet told me to do. Cut the fat. Eat less. Survive on as little as possible and wonder why I was miserable, exhausted and still gaining weight.
Then I flipped it.
More fat. More protein. The right carbs cut back just enough to let your hormones do their job. Real food. Satisfying food. The kind you actually want to eat.
And the 10kg came off. And stayed off.
I call it the Goldilocks approach — not too much, not too little, just right. Every woman in my program eats this way. Their families eat it too. Nobody feels like they're on anything.
It's not keto. It's not a diet. It's just finally eating the right way for a woman's body after 40.
And yes. Steak counts.
I'm turning 50 this week and I'm celebrating every single thing that got me here. Including the steak.
