Keeping healthy is super high on my prioritie list. Because if I don’t have my health I can’t parent the way I want to, I don’t have energy to do the things I love like singing and songwriting and I can’t be the person I want to be. After 7 years on these capsules I’m still grateful for the life changing health benifits it’s given me and enabled me to continue living my best life even with three healthy loving children.
