"From the very beginning, Integrity Funerals treated our family with genuine warmth and empathy. Every detail was handled with such dignity and respect, and they guided us gently through arrangements that no family is ever truly prepared for. Following the funeral, we were supported by Bruno Muraca from AFRM Claims Advocacy, who helped us navigate the complex process of checking and claiming Simon’s superannuation and life insurance. His guidance and professionalism lifted a huge weight from our shoulders at a time when we were already grieving deeply.
