At Lilly Pilly, we believe that every child and parent deserve a safe and supportive environment, especially during supervised visits and changeovers.

At Lilly Pilly’s, we work with families to encourage positive interaction between children and their parents and to support the strengthening of these relationships. We believe every child has a right to spend time with their parents or significant other people as long as it does not affect their best interests. We understand every situation is very different and there is no perfect solution to the time children spend with their parents. All Lilly Pilly, staff put children’s needs first and not take sides with either parent or any other adult involved in the visits. Lilly Pilly’s aim is to always to minimise a child’s exposure to conflict or unsafe situations when parents are separating or have separated.

We are now offering in-person supervised visits as well as supervised video and audio calls, ensuring families can stay connected in a safe and respectful way. If you’re unable to make an it to our Willow Vale location, video calls are perfect for you.

Lilly Pilly is a child-focused supervised contact service providing a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable and supported. Our space is designed with children in mind, offering indoor and outdoor areas, swings, sensory activities, and our much-loved animals to help children feel at ease.

As well as in-person visits, Lilly Pilly provides safe, child-focused supervised video and audio calls for families who are unable to attend in person ☎️

Sessions are facilitated by trained supervisors using secure platforms (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) to ensure all contact is appropriate, supportive, and in the child’s best interests 💚

All calls are supervised in real time, recorded in line with legal and privacy requirements, and conducted under the same rules as face-to-face visits. Our role is to support positive connection while prioritising child safety, wellbeing, and compliance with court or departmental orders.
