Our Shoes Off Living studio, based on the Gold Coast Queensland offers group Pilates and functional movement training sessions, which are suitable for all ages and experience levels available in our private studio or online. Our friendly instructors are incredibly passionate about what they do and will always meet you where you’re at. You’ll be encouraged and supported to develop your strength, flexibility and range of movement at a pace that is comfortable for you. We know your life is probably very busy and you’re juggling a lot each day.
