Let's talk addiction, today we'll address co***ne specifically.

With my work in high-end retreats where we had guests recovering from drug use therefore I know that many people are taking some form of drug taking.

But do they know the long-term effects and the impact on the physical body and mental emotional states? This is a very serious subject we need to address.

Even using it just a number of times can be affecting you till this day. My biggest concern is the psychological effects, these impact all areas of relationships.

I had a friend, a highly successful businessman, and I'd like to share a cautionary tale about the consequences of an excessively indulgent lifestyle.

Despite being wonderful, kind-hearted, and incredibly generous, his way of living ultimately worked against him.

Don't let this be you.

Back then, he suffered a stroke, and when I visited him in the hospital, it was heartbreaking to see him confined to a wheelchair, struggling with drooling.

Instead of enjoying his beautiful waterfront home on the stunning Gold Coast, he found himself in the dull surroundings of a hospital ward.

It's truly saddening to witness how people can inadvertently harm themselves or allow such things to happen due to a lack of support.

Prior to the stroke, he was a dynamic entrepreneur, passionately creating and managing multiple successful businesses.

His ventures were his purpose in life.

This serves as a poignant reminder not to neglect our physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and most importantly, not to overlook our spiritual side.

Our spirituality is the very essence of who we are, housing our vital forces within.
