You’ve probably seen fibremaxxing all over your feed - people boosting their fibre intake with chia seeds, beans, oats, and loads of veggies. But is it just hype? 🧐

As a doctor with special interest in gut health, here’s my take:

✅ Fibre fuels your gut microbiome
✅ Helps with hormone balance, digestion, and blood sugar control
✅ Can reduce bloating (when done right)
❌ But too much too fast = gas, cramps, constipation 🚫
