So overwhelmed! Talle SS kids have emptied their piggy banks for our Farmers today and raised loads of money and cheer at school. At the time i took the pic they had made a 240 meter trail of coins, with more to come...
But what was most impacting for me was the complete buzz of excitement, energy, happiness, and total joy amongst the kids and parents. It was a party!
Generosity is incredibly powerful. If you're having a rough time, do something to help someone else and watch your day transform. If you're not feeling it, get around someone else who is generous and enjoy the vibe. That buzz is contagious!
It's true what they say, Give it away and it will make your day 😉 (even if it's just a smile 😁).

Ahhh my next customer! Ha ha! My Thursdays at Sanctuary refuge for women children and pets is always very interesting. My office is outside under the gumtrees. What could be nicer? Be outside today. Have fun!

o no. Oh No! OHH NOOO!!! Well, Zeusey boy 🐕 has finally shown he is not actually 100% perfect after all... He must have hit teenagehood or something. Funny thing is I didn't need to raise my voice to tell him off at all. I just asked him what he had done, pointing to the carnage and his ears went down, tail wagged nervously, and he didn't want to make eye contact. Clearly he got the picture something bad had gone down and he was in the middle of it. All i did was tell him to sit on his pillow and stay there. And he did. For 2 hours! For him, that is a miracle. He did his time, all is forgiven, and i now have 1000s of cuttings to transplant. Does anybody want some? 😉

I have heard so many people complaining about the chilly mornings, hating the cold, avoiding it desperately. And I used to be one of them. That is until I decided to see it all differently. I decided to rug up and head out into it, no matter what, mindfully seeking to experience it, find beauty in it, and sometimes have a laugh (I must post a pic of my big tough dog in his sweet apricot hoodie...a bit funny🐕). These pics are snaps of my recent morning outings to hopefully inspire you all to get out into it and Enjoy! The ability to take on a new perspective is a very powerful psychological skill. It takes practice, but the results can change your life! Some say it's the secret to contentment, and ultimately, happiness 🤗 I tend to agree 👍 @ Melissa Rafferty Psychologist

Were the kids driving you bonkers in the morning rush getting off to school today? Well now it's time to do this (see pic). Even if you're at work, take a moment and imagine yourself cozy, quiet, and completely...unconscious!? If you're at work, just go with "relaxed." Zeus obviously had a busy morning too... 😀
