How you spend your Sunday sets the tone for the entire week ahead.

A Sunday reset isn’t about perfection or cramming a week’s worth of wellness into one day — it’s about intention.
Taking time to nourish your body, support your skin + hormones, and slow your nervous system can change how you show up for yourself all week long.

My Sunday reset includes:
🥗 Protein-rich breakfast to balance blood sugar + energy
🌱 Colourful groceries packed with omegas + fibre for gut and skin health
💊 Restocking supplements so I don’t miss a dose mid-week
🌊 Movement that feels good — like a beach walk
📖 Time in the sun with a book for vitamin D + nervous system calm
🗒 Gentle planning to avoid Monday overwhelm

When you build small rituals like this, you’re not just creating routines — you’re creating stability for your hormones, skin, and mindset.

What’s one thing you do every Sunday that sets you up for a better week? Share it below 💌

So many women ask me what it’s actually like to work together — beyond the supplements, beyond the test results, beyond the wellness aesthetic.

The truth?
It’s a partnership.
A deep exhale.
A space where your symptoms finally make sense.

When we work together, we don’t chase quick fixes.
We rebuild foundations.
We calm inflammation.
We regulate the nervous system.
We repair the gut.
We support hormones.
We understand the why behind your symptoms so you don’t feel crazy, confused, or dismissed ever again.

You get education, clarity, structure, and support — but also softness.
You’re not treated like a problem to solve.
You’re treated like a woman whose body has simply been whispering (or screaming) for help for a long time.

If you’re ready for care that actually sees you — I’m currently accepting new 1:1 clients for consults, pathology review, and microbiome testing.

DM me READY if this feels like the kind of support you’ve been looking for 🤍

If your skin won’t clear no matter how many products you try — it’s probably not just your skin.

When the gut is inflamed, overgrown, or imbalanced, it releases endotoxins that trigger systemic inflammation and nutrient deficiencies. The result?

A reactive, congested, or inflamed skin barrier that doesn’t respond to topicals.

Your skin isn’t the problem — it’s the messenger.
And once you support the gut, the skin finally calms down.

🤍 Let’s work together to uncover what’s really driving your breakouts from the inside out — link in bio to book a discovery call or start your Comprehensive Gut Microbiome Package.

If you’re trying to heal your gut while eating like a bird… this is your gentle wake-up call.

Your gut is a metabolically expensive organ.
It needs fuel to digest, repair, absorb nutrients, move your bowels, calm inflammation, and rebuild a healthy microbiome.

So if you’re bloated, constipated, inflamed, exhausted, breaking out, or reacting to everything while undereating?

That’s not a gut issue.
That’s a fuel issue.

Here’s what actually happens when you don’t eat enough:

✨ Your body diverts energy AWAY from digestion
→ because survival > gut healing
→ motility slows
→ constipation, bloating, reflux, nausea

✨ Your gut lining can’t rebuild
→ permeability increases
→ food sensitivity, inflammation, puffiness

✨ Your microbiome loses diversity
→ fewer good bacteria
→ more skin flares, sugar cravings, mood swings

✨ Your hormones downshift
→ low libido, irregular cycles, PMS, fatigue, breakouts

Most women aren’t “overeating.”
They’re over-stressed and under-fuelled… and their gut is stuck in survival mode.

If you want your digestion to work, your hormones to regulate, and your skin to actually heal — you must give your body enough to do the job.

Your gut can’t repair itself on restriction.

If you are wondering “how much should I be eating to support gut healing?”, comment FUEL below🤍

We have to talk about this…
because so many women are trying to fix their gut while eating way too little to actually heal.

You cannot repair your gut if you’re undereating.

Not because you’re “doing it wrong.”
But because your body literally doesn’t have the energy, nutrients, or safety signals required to digest, absorb, repair or regulate.

When you’re undereating (intentionally or not):
✨ stomach acid drops
✨ digestive enzymes slow down
✨ motility slows
✨ constipation increases
✨ bloating worsens
✨ the gut lining becomes harder to repair
✨ inflammation ramps up
✨ cortisol rises
✨ hormone clearance slows
✨ skin flares become more frequent

Your body isn’t being “dramatic.”
It’s protecting you.

When energy is low, your body prioritises survival — not digestion, detoxification, or hormone balance.
So your gut symptoms don’t go away… they get louder.

And that’s why you can be eating “healthy,” taking supplements, cutting foods, drinking the teas, doing the protocols… but if your body doesn’t feel fed, your gut can’t heal.

Healing requires nourishment.
Fuel.
Consistency.
Safety.

Your gut thrives when it knows there’s enough.

If you’re dealing with bloating, constipation, skin flares or food reactivity and suspect under-eating is part of the picture, DM me GUT and I’ll send you the foundations I use with clients to rebuild digestion from the ground up 🤍

We need to stop pretending acne is “just hormonal.”
Because it’s not.

Acne is an inflammatory condition — and your gut sits at the centre of the entire picture.

Yes, hormones can trigger breakouts.
But hormones don’t start acne.
Inflammation does.
And 80% of that inflammation begins in the gut.

This is why two women with the same hormone levels can have completely different skin outcomes.
It’s why your breakouts flare when you’re stressed, constipated, bloated, sleep-deprived or inflamed — even if your hormones look “fine.”

Your gut–hormone–skin axis is always talking:

✨ If your gut is inflamed → hormones don’t clear properly
✨ If hormones can’t clear → androgens + oestrogen recycle
✨ If detox slows → the skin becomes a backup elimination organ
✨ If your barrier is stressed → inflammation shows up faster and louder

Acne isn’t a hormone problem.
It’s a regulation problem.
A detoxification problem.
An inflammation problem.
A gut problem.

And when you calm the gut, support detox, stabilise motility, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the barrier — hormones stop showing up on your skin so aggressively.

That’s why real, lasting acne healing never starts with skincare.
It starts with the system underneath it.

If you want help understanding your own gut–hormone–skin axis, comment ACNE and I’ll send you the testing + steps I use in clinic. 🤍

I get asked all the time what I eat as a clear skin + women’s health naturopath… and honestly?
It’s nothing extreme.
No cutting entire food groups.
No ‘clean girl’ perfection.
No fear-based rules.

Just real food, real nourishment… and real enjoyment.

Because you don’t have to give up the foods you love to have clear skin, balanced hormones, or a healthy gut.
You just need to build meals that actually support your body, instead of working against it.

For me lately, that’s looked like:
✨ easy protein-rich meals
✨ plenty of colour + fibre
✨ carbs I genuinely enjoy
✨ healthy fats for hormones
✨ simple swaps that feel good
✨ treats… without the guilt

I’m a big believer in addition over restriction.
When you add more nutrients, more protein, more fibre, more colour, more balance…
your cravings settle, your skin calms, your hormones regulate, your digestion becomes predictable —
and you stop obsessing over “good” vs “bad” foods.

Your body wants nourishment, not punishment.
And your skin reflects consistency + care… not perfection.

If you want to clear your skin and balance your hormones without restriction, starvation, or food anxiety, comment FOOD and I’ll send you my favourite foundations 🤍

If your acne isn’t clearing, it’s not because you’re “not trying hard enough.”
It’s because something deeper is still unresolved.

Most women focus on products…
but the real triggers are internal:

✨ gut inflammation
✨ hormone imbalance or lack of ovulation
✨ chronic stress physiology
✨ skin barrier overload

Your skin isn’t being stubborn — it’s communicating.

Clear skin happens when your gut, hormones, and nervous system are actually working together, not against you.

If you want support finding the root cause of YOUR breakouts, comment SKIN and I’ll send you the steps I recommend as a clear-skin naturopath. 🤍

Most women are told their thyroid is “fine”… even when their symptoms say otherwise.

TSH in range ≠ optimal.
Antibodies negative ≠ no autoimmune activity.
“Normal” labs ≠ your thyroid is actually thriving.

Your thyroid doesn’t function in isolation — it’s influenced by your gut, stress, nutrient stores, detox pathways, hormones, and even your microbiome.

This is why so many women end up feeling dismissed, confused, and still dealing with:
• bloating
• fatigue
• anxiety
• skin flare-ups
• slow digestion
• weight fluctuations
• cycle irregularities

…despite being told everything looks normal.

If your thyroid labs never match how you feel, comment THYROID and I’ll send you the tests I use to get real answers — not just “you’re fine.” 🤍
