When it comes to age and conception, the statistics can really mess with your head.

I'm *not* saying to ignore them, but *do* observe them for what they are: Averages, trends, possibilities—data collected from others who are *not* you.

So, ask yourself: "do they feel true for *me* and *my* journey?"

And if not, tuck them away and refocus on your own unique path.

Well, now we're in that weird week "in between"—the place where time slows down (or speeds up?) and things are confusing and nobody knows what day it is.

I love this space actually—and it's a good excuse to take some time out from the world—which I'm doing as we speak!

This week, the energies for 2026 come through, which is really hopeful and positive for those of you trying to conceive. This new year brings a beautiful, fresh energy that we haven't felt for a long time, if ever, in our lifetime.

Personally, I really don't like the phrase "they didn't stick" but I know it's a phrase used often in the conception world.

The thing is, babies aren't post-it notes (or any other kind of stationery for that matter... 🙈) and they're not coming to be "stuck" to your timeline.

And they're not going to stay "stuck" to a particular body or timeline that doesn't serve their highest good (or yours).

Instead, they’re coming for connection, learning, timing and purpose. They're magnetised to the Earth through energetically-aligned soul timelines.

So let's stop judging the next generation for "not sticking".

We can do better than that.

Instead, let's honour, acknowledge and trust their journey, well beyond the stickiness of a post-it note.

Conception portals are pockets of energy that align with a particular month of the year. They can be based on astrology, numerology and/or world events. But the most important consideration is: Energy.

Today's babies are particular about the energy of conception.

They're looking at the bigger picture to understand what energies are likely to be playing out and when.

Sometimes these portals are specific to each baby's soul, their journey and their future family's journey.

Other times, it's more of a collective alignment.

And next year, May 2026 is already shaping up to be a very strong conception portal that many future children are waiting for.

Women often ask about the "why" behind a miscarriage, and it's important to note that what's happening on the more vast, soul level often feels very different to your own physical, emotional and mental experience of miscarriage.

This is never to dismiss or deny the very real human experience. This needs to be felt, acknowledged and understood.

The idea of a baby's soul, who left the Earth through miscarriage, returning to have a full life here on the Earth, is one that so many women I work with have. The thought is exciting, but also a little daunting too.

But in my experience, it absolutely happens! Many of these babies come back to the Earth 🥰

In today's podcast episode, a little 8 month old girl told us that she had already come to her mother, Renee, in an earlier miscarriage. She said the timing wasn't right (and neither was her body) and so she decided to return again a few years later, as a girl, and as the baby of the family.

Her older siblings (aged 5 and 2) also have messages that they want to share with their mother—and all of them are so, so different.
