Fiona, Intuitive Energy worker & Yoga facilitator with twist of Shamanic Soul* This passion lead her to discover the divine world of Yoga –and in 1999 she began to pass her love of Yoga forth to others... Entwining intuitive healing, laughter, sound, reiki, love, meditation and a good wholesome dollop of fun in her classes. Classes that come directly from the heart, stimulate the body and open the mind...

Specialising in bodywork and energy work☆ holding space for YOU to explore YOU...
