Today I choose to focus on lightness and fun! So many Of our days can feel heavy so today I embrace the fun and power of music and dance! (Even if it’s in my kitchen when no one is watching 😂)

Don’t overthink it - write down what feels like a yes for you in this moment! Mine was as simple as this today! Perfect! ❤️

Maybe you want to write, restyle a room in your house, draw, paint, sing!!!

I’m also attaching some drawings of a nudist art night I went to which I loved!

I remember feeling so calm and connected on this night! These are some of the PG sketches I did of that night and this has prompted me to book another one!

I almost didn’t share this video because it felt too vulnerable. But vulnerability is exactly what this work is about.

No makeup. No filter. Just me.

I used to think I needed to look a certain way to be worthy of being seen. To be loved. To be enough.
I’d scroll past photos of myself and cringe. Pick apart every “flaw.” Wait until I felt “ready” to show up.
But here’s what I’ve learned: You can’t hate yourself into a version of yourself you love.
Real beauty? It’s not about fitting into someone else’s standard. It’s about coming home to yourself…exactly as you are right now.

If you’re exhausted from trying to be enough for everyone else… if you’re disconnected from your own joy… if you know something needs to shift but you don’t know where to start…
You’re not broken. You just forgot how beautiful you already are.
