Tina graduated from the Himalayan Yoga Valley Institute in Goa, India in 2019 specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and is whole-heartedly passionate about all things Women and the inner healing journey.

Shardasia is the Founder of Mindful Mindfood which is known as a Holistic Health Sanctuary that provides holistic health therapies. Shardasia graduated as a yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India in 2019 and specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga and is passionate about all things mind, body and soul wellness such as Yoga, Reiki and Sound Therapy.

There is nothing like real connection 💫

I've learnt that time does not mean a thing when it comes to beautiful connection with other humans.

You could know someone for 10 years and have just met someone for an hour and feel as though you have more meaning in that one hour than those 10 years.

I made it my intention to create more meaningful connections with amazing Women a few years ago and I ended up creating SoulSisterSupport 👭🧡

Let others see the real you and allow yourself to see the real in others. You'll be surprised at how much more meaningful your relationships with yourself and others become 💞
