Big shout out to Denitta from Active Pilates Ormeau Qld. I have been in so much pain the last 10 months with my bulging disc that then caused sciatica. I tried everything and within 6 weeks going to Denitta I can move again and I am no longer taking any pain killers. She has made a massive difference to my life and even discovered my long lost core. She is local and knows her stuff.
