But meditation isn’t healing if you’re using it to escape the conversation you need to have…
the boundary you need to set…
the truth you keep swallowing.

Spirituality isn’t about floating above discomfort.
It’s about having the courage to face it.

You can feel calm for 20 minutes a day… and still be abandoning yourself the other 23 hours.

The real work?
It’s in the choices.
The standards.
The accountability.
The uncomfortable honesty.

Visualise it.
Affirm it until you’re blue in the face.

But if your body still feels unsafe receiving it…
you’ll unconsciously push it away.

Your nervous system doesn’t respond to vision boards.
It responds to safety.

If love feels chaotic, you’ll call calm “boring.”
If money once meant stress, you’ll sabotage overflow.
If success felt unsafe before, you’ll shrink when it arrives.

This isn’t failure.
It’s unhealed patterning.

Manifestation isn’t just about calling things in, it’s about becoming regulated enough to hold them.

Your body has to feel safe with what your soul is asking for.

That’s the real work.
