One of our amazing clients recently set a goal to learn how to meal prep, supporting healthier routines and greater independence in daily life.
Through our OT sessions, we’ve broken this goal down step-by-step:
🥕 Planning out simple, enjoyable meals
📝 Writing ingredient lists
🍳 Cooking together in sessions
💪 Building confidence in the kitchen
Creations include sweet potato bites, teriyaki chicken, and creamy chicken pasta all made (and enjoyed!) with pride.
