It's pretty amazing how it shows up for us everyday (well except when you're an adult and sleep the tiniest bit different and you wake up with a broken neck ๐Ÿคฃ)

Steak > protein & iron source โœ”๏ธ
Mash > carb source and brain / body fuel โœ”๏ธ
Carrot & Broccoli > micronutrient source (vitamins + nutrients) โœ”๏ธ

When we stop chasing a 'new' session every time we workout to avoid getting bored...

We start to see that we are getting stronger and fitter and our body starts to change, and our relationship with exercise and overall mindset shifts completely.

Also we stop feeling so overwhelmed when it comes to exercise because it's no longer a guessing game ๐Ÿ˜›

We had a spur of the moment 2:1 PT session this week because Gold Coast traffic held one of the girls up!

It was SO much fun, the girls had fun (at least thatโ€™s what they told me) and I had fun!

It was a vibe ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

And it got me thinking that I should put this out there as an option to my audience ๐Ÿฅฐ

I've had a few new client enquiries come through over the last week and a common theme has been that they have worked with PT's previously and felt judged or shamed when they couldn't meed the expectations of their (young PT who's life revolves around the gym).

This breaks my heart ๐Ÿ’”

If you're in my presence as a client, I genuinely care about you as person (first), your progress and your results.

This might mean I change your sessions on the fly, wether that's adapting to a stressful day and decreasing the load or wether that means challenging you a bit more.

Because if that's what you need on the day to support you and / or your goals I am going to do it.

Beneath our job titles and day to day life we are ALL simply human.

We don't live and breathe gym (not even me - yes it's a huge part of my life, but it's not my life), we breathe our day to day life and our responsibilities outside of the gym.

Dread is a feeling so many women experience when they think of exercise.
For many reasons including not feeling comfortable in their environment, feeling self conscious or having no idea what to do!
