If you are only interested in losing weight or training for aesthetics, I am honestly not the PT for you. I specifically don’t focus on intentional weight loss (because weight loss doesn’t always = better health) nor do I promote quick fixes.
I’m not here to guilt/shame you for how you look, what you eat or what you weigh!
I want to help you become your strongest self, not your smallest self.
Although I do not set ‘body goals’ for my clients, they still do see changes in their body through my training approach & the various changes they’ve made in their lifestyle. I believe that if you take care of your body in the different ways we will discuss, that any weight you need to lose/gain or any fat your body needs to lose/gain will happen naturally.
My aim is primarily on educating my clients on strength training, improving their overall body image + encouraging a focus on overall health + wellbeing.
