If profits go up while our kids’ health goes down, then something is very wrong.
We’ve reached a point where energy drinks, sugary drinks, “zero sugar” snacks and sweetened protein bars are normalised in our kids’ daily lives. Not because they’re good for them… but because they’re high-margin products that are aggressively marketed.
A recent study showed that erythritol, a sweetener found in thousands of “healthy” snacks and drinks, may damage the brain’s protective barrier and even increase the risk of stroke.
So even the things branded as “better” can quietly harm.
And I’ll be honest…
I was guilty of this too.
I’d buy the drinks.
I’d give in to the pressure, the begging, the convenience.
I was tired. I was overwhelmed.
And I didn’t fully understand the cost.
But once I saw the truth — I couldn’t unsee it.
So I created something to bridge the knowing-doing gap.
Because knowing what’s good for us is one thing.
Doing it every day is another.
That’s why I built the Good Habits Challenge.
It trains kids to:
• Take control of their day
• Replace bad habits with good ones
• Build discipline
• Program themselves for success, not react to life
One of the core habits is:
DITCH IT — Skip Sugary Drinks
Not just stop something.
But replace it with something better:
coconut water
real fruit drinks
cacao coconut milk
clean hydration
Small shifts.
Big lifelong impact.
If we want our kids to become strong, grounded leaders —
we need to lead first.
Do the challenge with them.
Be the example they follow.

And I want to acknowledge someone important.
Mike from Seamless SMSF & Bookkeeping stepped up early.
He saw the vision and backed this movement straight away.
He didn’t wait for “proof.”
He didn’t wait to see if it would be popular.
He just knew it mattered.
We need more Mikes.
We need people who are willing to stand up for the next generation.
⸻
We are looking for:
• Influencers who want to create purpose-driven content
• Businesses who want to sponsor a region
• Parents & teachers who want this in schools
• Supporters to help fund the youth app we’re building
• Communities that want to lead the way
This is not just about habits.
This is about protecting potential.
It’s time to get the S**T out of our kids’ diets —
and give them something stronger to grow into.
The movement has begun.
Lead it. Share it. Live it.
