Hello everyone! 😁
My name is Finn Lentz, and I provide mobile exercise physiology services for young adults with physical, intellectual, and/or neurological disabilities – specifically servicing the Greater Cold Coast area.
Using exercise physiology principles, my current work experience in paediatric neurorehabilitation, and my past experience in strength and conditioning, I aim to provide my clients with all the amazing benefits that exercise and movement has to offer.
I currently work at the Centre of Movement in Burleigh Heads, working with young children with neurological disabilities and motor developmental delays.
However, I also have a passion for working with young adults with disabilities, enabling all to access the power of exercise and movement. Incorporating strength and conditioning training into your routine can dramatically improve your quality of life and help you build lifelong health-promoting habits.
I am also able to assist those who seek help with other exercise physiology services, such as injury rehabilitation, improvement of function for activities of daily living, and/or gait training.
If you are a participant of the NDIS or know a participant who may benefit from incorporating more exercise and movement into their life, please reach out via my contact details below.
