☠️🐟 STONEFISH ALERT 🐟☠️

Two children have been stung by stonefish in Tallebudgera Creek.

A 12yo girl was stung last week, an 11yo girl was treated after stepping on a dead stonefish this afternoon.

Lifesavers are warning swimmers to stay away from the area.

Pressure immobilisation bandage.

An elastic bandage wrapped tightly around the limb from "tip to pit" (toes or fingers to groin or arm pit)

Call 000 and remain calm!
