🎅🏻 Baby Give Back Donation Drive 🎅🏻
Because last year was such a hit, we are collecting donations for again, a local QLD charity helping give every child an equal start in life.

Items that are accepted for donation:
-Clothing for kids ages 0-5 years
-Baby wraps
-Baby comforters, snuggle toys, and soothers
-Nappies & baby wipes
-Baby wash, moisturiser, & nappy cream
-Maternity pads & nursing pads
-Small handmade items (knitted teddies & small blankets)

We will be accepting donations actions in both studios from now till Christmas Eve.

We thank you all in advance for your generous donations!

The Barre - Express class is 45 minutes to get your day started before it “actually starts”!

Meet you at the bar? Minus the vodka Remember that time your bestie said ‘come to Barre’, it’ll be fun’ and half way through the class you didn’t even have the energy to glare at her because all you kept thinking was where are the cocktails and why can’t I feel my legs?! Barre is a fusion between Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Barre gets you burning in all the right places, creating long lean muscles, a toned tum and a perfect posture. Our Barre classes welcome beginners and the Barre elite. This class is perfect for quick results!!

FORTNIGHTLY WOMEN’S CIRCLE

Friday Aug 29th at 12:30pm with

Women heal in the company of women and community is essential for our overall health. When women gather, magic happens. A fortnightly circle of like minded women that will leave you feeling connected, seen and heard. There is no obligation to share, this is a safe and nourishing space, guided by Jacqui, a qualified therapist.
A small investment, far cheaper than therapy. In times like these, the benefit of a regular circle can have benefits far beyond expectations. A fortnightly offering and all women are welcome.

This month, in 2015, Miss Candis Edgar made a dream of hers come true, but in the making of that dream, gave Tugun a gift. And not just a gift of movement in a beautiful space, with amazing teachers, but the gift of community! Thanks to her, The Body Method was born, and has had the privilege of growing into 2 beautiful studios, with over 30 teachers on board, and community of over 4,000 people.
