🌿 As the year draws to a close, I’m pausing to honour all that this year has held.
The moments of deep connection.
The quiet healing.
The growth that arrived gently with loving kindness.
Thank you to every soul who stepped into this space with me🙏🧡
🌿 For your trust, your openness, your courage to soften, release, and return home to yourself.
It is a privilege to walk alongside you in your healing.
Christmas is an invitation...not to rush or perfect...but to rest.
To breathe.
To let the body exhale what it no longer needs to carry.
🌿 As we move toward the year ahead, I’m consciously creating space.
Space for integration.
Space for deeper listening.
Space for healing that honours the body’s natural wisdom.
🌿 I’ll be reopening my calendar in the New Year and am now welcoming 2026 bookings for those who feel called to begin their healing journey early and with intention 🪷
