Wowser is it just me or is December flying by?!
I made an appointment today for four weeks time and it was Jan 7 😱 - what the ??

Anyways, today’s challenge was to eat healthier, how’d it go? I stayed on track for 80% off the day, which works well!

Tomorrow is Day 11, and the challenge is to Donate some goods to charity. If you don’t have time to drop them off, get the bag/s ready for another day. So many are in need, especially this time of year, and giving makes such a difference! 🙏💜
