Hi am Lou,

Thank you for visiting.

Come on a journey with me sharing health, happiness and all the wild stuff in between. I am a ASD Mum, trying to run a FIFO family, I love my fitness, food, and essential oils.

I was introduced to essential oils in 2014 when my son was going through a hard time. He was having trouble with anxious feelings, his behaviour was off the charts, sleep was non existent and his whole wellbeing was very unstable, so we started by using one incredible essential oil blend to support him and the rest is history.
