I’m back… and I’m inviting you into something big.

Over the years I’ve seen what happens when patients get the right care. Not rushed care. Not guesswork. The right practitioner, the right support, and the right plan. I’ve watched people change their health, rebuild their confidence, and finally feel like someone is walking the journey with them.

And here’s the truth.
We did that together.

Your stories, your honesty, your experiences, and your willingness to ask questions showed me what healthcare can look like when it actually works for people.

Now I’m ready for the next chapter.
A new mission.
A new adventure.
A chance to create real change in the way we access care in Australia.

It’s called Metacare, and it’s built on a simple idea.

Similar to Aqua aerobics but delivered by University trained practitioners. Water Therapy is a low-intensity exercise class in water to support physical well-being, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and relieve pain.
