BreathGC offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body & mind into the state you desire.

Its not about being perfect but learning to love your imperfections, its about connecting with yourself, learning to breathe, enjoy the company of ones self, to let go of fear & doubt.

To find this new self-confidence & love for ones self, body, mind & life itself.

Although we love and respect the spiritual side of Yoga, we do not focus solely on this, what ever spirituality means to you is personal & we respect that. We just want you to be able to connect your mind, body & soul as one when you come into our space.
