The eclipse may have passed,but the work and the magic is still unfolding.

Eclipses open powerful energetic gateways. They illuminate what has been hidden, bringing shadows, emotions, and truths to the surface so they can finally be seen and released.

But this process doesn’t end on the night of the eclipse.

In the days that follow, the energy is still moving through us. Threads continue to unravel. Realisations rise. Old patterns reveal themselves with surprising clarity.

Pay attention to what is surfacing now.
Notice the emotions that return.
The memories that appear.
The conversations or synchronicities that seem to arrive at just the right moment.

These are not random. They are invitations.

There is a moment on the path where trust stops being something we talk about and becomes something we live.

When we loosen our grip on outcomes,
when we allow life to move in its own sacred rhythm, something shifts.

Faith moves from the mind into the body.
Today I was reminded of this deeply.

In releasing a final thread from the eclipse shadow, I chose trust over holding on…and in that space of surrender, something beautiful arrived, an unexpected gift that touched my heart in the most profound way.

This is the quiet mystery I will never stop honouring. When we trust the unfolding, the divine so often meets us there.

May we have the courage to trust and the wisdom to recognise the magic when it arrives.

This Lunar Eclipse in Virgo is a moment of sacred recalibration.

Cultivating and protecting a deep core of self-worth isn’t indulgent, it’s foundational.

The way we care for ourselves will only ever rise to the level of what we believe we deserve.

If, somewhere inside, we are still negotiating our worth, if we are still measuring it against productivity, approval or how much we give,
then self-care becomes an afterthought.

It becomes something we squeeze in.
Something we justify.
Something we feel slightly guilty for.

But when we pause, truly pause and honour ourselves with gratitude…when we acknowledge the strength it has taken to be us…when we recognise the quiet ways we keep showing up

Something shifts.

Self-care stops being a strategy.
It becomes a devotion.
A remembering.

Because the truth is, beneath the noise, beneath the conditioning, beneath the stories, there is a wild and wise part of you that has always known…

You are not required to earn rest.

Recently in session, a blank page has been appearing in the guidance.
Not empty,
but waiting.
As we cross this threshold, it feels like an invitation, to release the old script
and step into what has not yet been written.

When a blank page has been gifted…
No words.
No symbols.
No instructions.
At first it can feel unsettling, especially when you’re used to guidance arriving clearly.

But this is guidance.

This is the space after an ending and before a beginning.

The quiet breath between chapters.
The moment where the wheel has turned and you are no longer who you were… but not yet fully stepped into who you are becoming.

The blank page is not emptiness.
It is possibility.

It asks…
What do you want to write now?
Who are you choosing to be?
What feels true in this new space?

This is conscious creation.
This is sovereignty.

As this New Moon Eclipse opens, I invite you into something simple and real.

Come back to your body.
Feel your feet on the earth.
Place your hands down on soil, on stone, on your own heart….and breathe.

Let your breath travel down into your roots.
This is not a time to force clarity.
It is a time to listen.

Ask gently…
Where am I being asked to stabilise?
What new pattern is quietly forming beneath the surface?
Where is life reorganising me for what is next?

You may not see the path yet.
You do not need to.
Trust the descent.
Trust the dark soil.
Trust what is taking shape beyond your conscious mind.

Eclipses move us.
They close and open in the same breath.
They clear what is no longer aligned and seed what is ready to grow.

Let your intention rise naturally, without striving, without gripping.

We are walking this threshold together.
Held by the Earth.

Many are standing in an in-between space.

Not at the beginning.
Not at the ending.
Not undone, and not yet certain.

Just aware that something within has shifted, or is still shifting, without a clear understanding of what comes next.

We are in the final stage of the Year of the Snake, and the shedding is often messy, chaotic and in pieces.

Sometimes the skin gradually loosens,
Sometimes it comes away cleanly in one piece, sometimes you need to find a bloody great rock to rub against to shift the more stubborn pieces.

And then there are the times that you realise you can breathe, rest and just be…..and know it is done.

This is a time to listen, witness, allow the unfolding.

That is not hesitation.
That is discernment.
It is remembrance.

As the year of the fire horse enters, we are not being asked to rush.
But to be honest.
To move at a pace your nervous system can trust.
To let your body speak before the mind decides.

✨Some of us will soon feel a clear pull toward movement.
✨Others will remain in the shedding a while longer.
✨Some will step forward, then pause, then return again.

This is not confusion.
It is rhythm.
You do not need to choose today.
You do not need a full plan.
You do not need to be finished with the process.

Sometimes the most grounded act of power
is staying present long enough
to recognise what is truly yours to carry forward.

Reiki works to clear blockages created in our chakra system to enable us to receive the full flow of our life force.

The chakra system is a spiritual map to your journey of personal growth. It holds seven major energy centres which run from your root at the base of the spine to the crown at the top of your head. Blockages in these centres can disrupt your energy, confidence and purpose. When activated and working in harmony these centres will bring incredible energy, empowerment and vitality to the body
