🌿 When You Hear the Call, Answer It

Sometimes when you are feeling everything all at once….when emotion, energy and the world itself feel like too much…it is not unravelling that’s near, but the call.

A summons from the soul.
A whisper from the body that says, “Come home, beloved.”

Where is your body calling you to go?

What part of nature is speaking your name?

Today, in the fullness of Scorpio season, I listened.

The pull was undeniable…toward the forest, toward the flowing waters, toward the ancient arch that stands like a temple carved by time itself.

And so I went.

Rain on my skin, earth soft beneath my feet, I walked as the Priestess returning to her temple.

Each step a prayer.

Each breath a surrender.

When I reached the heart of the waterfall, I stood in stillness and let the waters move through me.

The flow became my flow.

The rhythm of the earth became the rhythm of my breath.

And in that silence, I felt it….
the remembrance,
the power,
the reclamation.

All that had been scattered gathered again.
All that had been dulled was lit once more.

Stillness. Breath. Trees. Wet earth. Flow.
Exactly what was needed.
When you hear the call…answer it.
Let the waters transform you.
Let the Mother hold you.

🌕 Super Full Moon in Ta**us ~ November 5th ~ Rooted in the Body, Aligned with the Earth

This Super Full Moon in earthy Ta**us arrives as a soft reminder to slow down.
To return to the body.
To root into the fertile ground of the present moment.

Ta**us is the energy of life in full bloom, of flourishing, sprouting, rebirthing.

And as with every full moon, we are met with both endings and completions…the light of awareness revealing what is ready to be released, so new life can quietly begin.

This full moon sits opposite the Sun in Scorpio, weaving together Ta**us’ grounding with Scorpio’s depth…the sacred dance of life, death and rebirth.

While Scorpio transforms, Ta**us stabilises.
Together, they remind us that true change can only anchor through the body, here, in this moment, in this breath.

We are being asked to come home, to stop being time travellers to the past or the future and to find our belonging in the now.

We live in a culture that so easily pulls us out of our bodies…our attention scattered, our senses dulled.
When we are disembodied, we have forgotten how to truly feel.

And when we forget to feel, we lose touch with empathy, with our care for the Earth and with the tender threads that connect us all.

This full moon is an invitation to remember ~

✨ To practice embodiment.
✨ To breathe, to sense, to feel.
✨ To reconnect with your own rhythms and with the heartbeat of the Earth.

So, Sit upon the earth.
Breathe deeply.
Feel your body as part of the land…your heart beating with hers.

From this place of grounded presence, life can once again flow through you.

We Begin with the Heart ❤️

Long before we take our first breath, before the mind begins to form, before we even have a face…the first organ to awaken into being is the heart.

It begins to pulse in rhythm with creation itself.

The very first movement of life is a heartbeat.

Spiritually, that means so much more than biologically. It reminds us that we are not born from thought…we are born from love, rhythm and divine intelligence flowing through us.

When we return to the heart, we return to our original blueprint…the place we began, the place that always knows truth.

So when life feels overwhelming, when the mind spins stories and fears, the invitation is to come back to that first pulse…to the place where it all began and remember…the heart always knew the way.

🌿 The Return of Reverence

Somewhere along the way, humanity forgot how to stand in reverence.

We rushed ahead, striving, achieving, consuming….forgetting to feel the living pulse beneath our feet.

We lost touch with the rhythm that once guided our ancestors…the sacred awareness that every sunrise, every breath, every sip of water is a miracle.

But reverence is returning.

It is rising quietly, through those who remember how to listen.

Through those who choose to walk gently, to touch the Earth with presence, to speak with intention, to create with care.

This new reverence is not about hierarchy or worship.

It is about relationship.

It’s the knowing that the same life force that moves through the oceans and the trees also flows through us.

That to honour the Earth is to honour ourselves…for we are not separate from her.

We are in an era of reclamation….remembering that true power comes not from control, but from connection.

When we live in reverence, we return to balance.

We remember how to create, to heal, to lead, and to love from a place of deep alignment with all that is sacred.

🍃May we remember the sacred in the everyday.
🌿May we walk with grace and gratitude.
🍃May we live as if the world itself is a living altar.

The Return of Reverence is here…and it begins with how we see, how we speak, and how we choose to be.

Reiki works to clear blockages created in our chakra system to enable us to receive the full flow of our life force.

The chakra system is a spiritual map to your journey of personal growth. It holds seven major energy centres which run from your root at the base of the spine to the crown at the top of your head. Blockages in these centres can disrupt your energy, confidence and purpose. When activated and working in harmony these centres will bring incredible energy, empowerment and vitality to the body
