Good morning 🌼

Recently, I realised that healing isn’t the answer for me, ALIGNMENT is!
I have spent years trying to fix myself, digging through my history, my parents past, processing emotions, trying to clear everything in my way. But now I have stopped trying to fix and have started aligning… and things have shifted!
Healing isn’t about constantly working on ourselves. We are more than enough💕 Let’s learn to trust what is already true for us!

It is said:

At menarche (a woman's first bleed), she meets her power.
Throughout her cycles year, she practices her power.
And at menopause she becomes her power.

Do you tend to lose your mind during the pre-menstrual & experience a lot of ‘symptoms’, including physical.��Maybe it’s NOT because you have a disorder.��Maybe it’s because you have a lot of POWER and you just haven't developed the capacity or embodied range to hold & be with it yet.

This rings true for me and is my direct experience. What are your thoughts?

Boxing will be a regular feature and on every second Tuesday! 28 January will be the next boxing class and can be done on-line as well. Tomorrow will be S&C (strength & conditioning).
