Fuel is Power! Power is confidence!

So Yum😋🤌and easy!

But let’s face it when you don’t have all s**t together it’s to hard to think of one more thing…especially being organised for ourselves!
But I tell ya what it makes such a difference to your energy, mood and how you show up when you spend a little extra time for yourself to get things done for you!

Sitting here in between clients eating food to nourish me, energise me and support me!
Because I spent an extra 5 mins yesterday getting for myself at the shops even tho my kids were winging! I’m worth it! And so are you!

👀 I’m still going have that piece a chocolate later - mid afternoon with my cuppa- and I’m going to enjoy every god damn bit of it!

Feel good and powerful even whe you do treat yourself- Guilt Free!
