Being here.
Do you find yourself thinking to much about what is going to happen, all the things you have to do. Thinking to much about what has happened ? Everything we know we have learnt from the past, all our good habits and bad. If we do not recognise and understand how we learnt our bad habits they will not change,
we keep doing the same thing. You may ask yourself
“why do I keep doing that ?”
These habits will affect our health, relationships and overall
well being. If we better understand how the past has affected us we can then make changes, be in control of our feelings, thoughts
and decisions.
Without our attention on the past or future we are present now,
it is here our focus needs to be, creating and enjoying good habits. Above all, having fun.
Introducing a therapy where we do not talk about what has happened in the past. Our attention is on feelings,
feelings determine what we do and what we don’t do.
Part of this method we use the ability of the mind to make an image / picture to represent an idea, concept and feelings,
similar to when you are dreaming.
I help you to better understand how and why these unwanted habits have been affecting you. You are then able to be more your true self, optimistic, relaxed and happy.
