The spiritual being does the thinking, stores knowledge and makes decisions, and the mind creates pictures to match the being’s thoughts.

To the people out there that have tried some of the many therapies and self help practices available for general wellbeing and mental health. The question I have for you, is there still an unwanted feeling that you have not found, that has been there for a while.

With the Mace Energy Method we specialise in helping you find that unwanted feeling. When you become aware of that feeling you will be able to understand how and why it is there. We guide you, so you can remove that feeling and related emotions.

This method is very different and very effective, it has been compared to Psychotherapy. Where as we use the ability of the mind to create an image / picture to represent an idea, concept and feelings. It is our feelings that determine what we do and don’t do, say and don’t say.

There is not one person in the whole world who hasn’t experienced some kind of upset. The key to being in charge of your life is not only to effectively manage these upsets, but to totally eliminate them for good. This does not mean we can change what has happened to you, but we can certainly change how you feel about it i.e. it will no longer be an upset, just something that happened.

If we do not recognise and address these upsets, we create negative identities for ourselves which affect our mental and physical health, relationships, overall wellbeing and stop us from living in and enjoying the now.

Mace Energy Method is an alternative therapy where we focus on feelings and emotions rather than specific details about what has happened in the past, we do not talk about what has happened. This means you will keep your privacy intact while freeing yourself from the bounds of negativities that are holding you back from being the most authentic, happy version of yourself.

Being here.
Do you find yourself thinking to much about what is going to happen, all the things you have to do. Thinking to much about what has happened ? Everything we know we have learnt from the past, all our good habits and bad. If we do not recognise and understand how we learnt our bad habits they will not change,
we keep doing the same thing. You may ask yourself
“why do I keep doing that ?”
These habits will affect our health, relationships and overall
well being. If we better understand how the past has affected us we can then make changes, be in control of our feelings, thoughts
and decisions.
Without our attention on the past or future we are present now,
it is here our focus needs to be, creating and enjoying good habits. Above all, having fun.
Introducing a therapy where we do not talk about what has happened in the past. Our attention is on feelings,
feelings determine what we do and what we don’t do.
Part of this method we use the ability of the mind to make an image / picture to represent an idea, concept and feelings,
similar to when you are dreaming.
I help you to better understand how and why these unwanted habits have been affecting you. You are then able to be more your true self, optimistic, relaxed and happy.
