Hi, I’m Greta 👋
I’m the massage therapist behind Balanced Ta**us, and I thought I’d jump on here to briefly introduce myself to those of you who don’t know me yet!

Originally from Lithuania, I grew up in the UK and moved to Australia in 2018. With a degree in Psychology and a background in people-focused work, I later trained in massage therapy in Sydney.

I’ve always been passionate about supporting others, and massage has become a way for me to combine that passion with hands-on care. My goal is to work with you to support your overall wellbeing, not just during your treatment, but beyond it too. I’ll often suggest simple ways to care for your body day-to-day (like stretches or small adjustments) so you can continue feeling the benefits between sessions.

It’s important to me that every treatment feels personal, so I take the time to listen and tailor each session to what your body and mind need most.
