Melinda Grinner is the proud owner of RAW Coaching (Previously MAB Personal Training & Adventures since 2007). Woman.’ in utilising health as her anchor. We activate her RAW strength within, to have the confidence mentally, physically & emotionally to be, do and live the life she desires from a place of LOVE. RAW offers various personal development packages, such as Personal Training in the private studio (or via facetime/online), 1:1 Mindfit (empowerment) coaching (in person/online), Group coaching program, Breakthrough ½ day Adventures, sunrise workshops, Weekend Retreat, Keynote speaker, plus online courses/trainings. Melinda, a woman that chooses her, a wife, a mother of three beautiful children, a successful business owner of 16years, she loves life, loves helping and inspiring people, loves adventure and strongly believes if you want something enough you can have anything your heart desires – all you need is a big enough reason why, a plan and most of all, action. Pre kids, when she was not working on her business, she was outdoors doing some kind of fun, soul awakening adventure – like trekking the world-famous Mount Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp, walking 900 kilometres from France to Spain, trekking through the snow in cold New Zealand or showing her respect to all Australians by doing the Kokoda trail in Papua New Guinea. Speaking of adventure, now every day is an adventure with her three little ones aged 5, 3 & 2, and she believes it’s the biggest adventure she has experienced to date.

This is what it’s all about.

Reading messages like this absolutely fills my heart! 🥹
The follow-through, the awareness, the showing up anyway — this is where the real transformation happens.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about those moments when you don’t feel like it, but you choose to honour your commitment anyway… and then remember exactly why you did.

The women in this spring accountability group are doing so amazingly — showing up with intention, courage, and consistency. 🙌

🌊 What a difference a week can make.

Last week, my little man had tears at Nippers — he didn’t want to do it, he felt unsure, uncomfortable, and full of fear. 💔
Today? A big smile, laughter, and confidence shining through. ☀️

The shift? Connection.
He had a friend by his side — someone to hold his hand, to remind him he wasn’t alone. 🤝

And isn’t that the truth for all of us? Sometimes we just need that — someone who believes in us when we doubt ourselves, someone to walk beside us when things feel scary or new.

Courage doesn’t mean we don’t feel fear… it means we keep going, supported and seen. 💛
