I was speaking with Mick, a regular client on friday, he was heading off to a Caravan muster and he told me of the caravaners salute! It is what happens when you say hello to a fellow caravaner and their cupped hand immediately goes to their ear followed by " sorry I missed that" . Travelling together can be stressful enough without adding a distinct hearing problem. Mick is fully sorted though, he has bluetooth streaming and a partner microphone that allows him to hear his missus no matter how bad the corrugations get !
