You can point at the location it is in, around, through, or outside you. When you measure it, shift to observation mode. Use 6ss tool and be present with the emotions. Let the tool heal. The energies move and shift. After 15 mins you measure again. You should see it shift from a 10 to lower. You are healing yourself. Keep going. #
