💤 Feeling more tired than usual?
💧 Thirsty more often than normal?
🚻 Needing to go to the toilet a lot?
🩹 Wounds taking a while to heal?

Sometimes these smallest changes can be early signs of diabetes and our body needs a check-in.

That’s why regular 715 Health Checks matter.

💛 Health checks aren’t about just seeing a doctor when you’re sick, but connecting with your health service to yarn about the signs, access support and remain healthy.

This World Kindness Day, we’re celebrating the Propa acts that make our Community strong.

Kindness doesn’t have to be big – it’s the little things that make a difference:
💛 Yarn with a mate who might be doing it tough
💛 Compliment someone's deadly fit
💛 Lend a hand to your Mob
💛 Say thank you to someone who helps you
💛 Don't forget to be kind to yourself

Who’s shown you kindness recently? Tag them below!

Today, we honour the courage and resilience of Blackfullas who fought in the frontier wars — defending Country, culture, and kin against invasion.

We also pay tribute to those who served in overseas wars, even when they weren’t recognised as citizens in their own land. Their service was given without the rights and recognition they deserved, and yet they stood strong.

Their stories are not forgotten. Their legacy lives on in every step we take toward truth, justice and healing.

Lest we forget. Always was, always will be in our hearts and minds.

Stretch of the Month is here! We’re showing some love to those chest muscles with a Partner Pec Stretch. Grab a buddy and you can feel deadly in 4️⃣ simple steps.

👉 How to do it:
1. Stand facing your partner, about arm’s length apart.
2. Raise your arms so your hands and forearms meet theirs – palms flat together, elbows at shoulder height.
3. Gently press into each other’s hands and forearms until you feel a gentle stretch across your chest.
4. Hold for 20–30 seconds, breathe deeply, then relax and repeat 2–3 times.

👩‍🍼 Perfect after a long day of sitting, scrolling or carrying little ones around.
