I can’t believe we are over half way of Term 1 already!! Time really does fly (literally) when your having fun! ✨✨

Tonight we’re going back in time to “Back to Basics” where we get to re-familiarise ourselves with our most common, and basic, Aerial Yoga poses 🧘‍♀️

Welcome to Term 1 Aerial Yogis!

We are going to be starting the term with some Restorative Aerial Yoga. For those who haven’t done Restorative, it’s a gentle and nurturing class using a low hammock. The stretches are longer and the movements are fluid rather than active... complete bliss 👌✨ Please bring a pillow and blanket for extra comfort 😌

We are also going to be spending some time at the end of the class focusing on “Limiting Beliefs” where you will be guided through a relaxing meditation, letting go of things (thoughts or words) that may be holding you back.... What a great way to start the term!!!

Who remembers back in 2010 when PINK sang whilst suspended in the air at the Grammys!?

Does anyone recognise this pose? It's the Antigravity Aerial Yoga "Chandelier" pose... The creator of Antigravity Aerial Yoga, Christopher Harrison choreographed the "Chandelier" pose specifically for PINK for this event, AND we get to do it tonight! 👏🏻👏🏻👌✨
