It’s shaking things up, dissolving the old, leading us somewhere new…….

My collective group have told me we are being reminded our all our inner knowledge - our ancient knowingness—something we’ve always known, but over time we’ve just forgotten.

I feel the magic is in the air, I’ve been laying dormant, and I’ve been embracing my heart based awakening……it’s certainly has its moments lol 😂

How do you know your awakening is happening ? You are starting to question things, your no longer feeling how you did, your seeing things differently- your hearts are opening. 💗💗

Sarra really needs your help! ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 She has had some really sad news - another brain tumour is growing, and starting to affect her motor skills. Beautiful Sara is in hospital 😥 and really needs us to collectively send love, healing nd bam y well wishes for her healing!! ⭐️💛 Below is beautiful Sara and a picture of her brain scan, the light grey is where I as you to focus please - visualise this getting smaller nd smiler until it is no longer there causing any dis-ease in Sarra’s body. 🥰🥰🥰

Here’s a simple yet powerful visualisation you can do to help Sarra heal:
1. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, centering yourself in the present moment.
2. Imagine Sarra surrounded by a radiant golden light—warm, soothing, and full of divine healing energy.
3. See this light gently flowing through her body, restoring every cell, easing any pain, and filling her with strength and peace. Now focus on the light grey area (the tumour) and see it shrinking…..hold this until it’s gone…..thank you 🙏🏼
4. Hold this image for a few moments, sending your deepest love, healing and best wishes.
5. Affirm silently or aloud: Sarra’s healing is continuous as she grows stronger, visualise her surrounded by angels, and universal love, so much healing and love.

Thank You, 2025, we truly are in this together! ✨

As the clock did a reset at midnight…. a new year begun, new thoughts, new creative actions and new reactions begin…..I pause, I honour what lesson have I learned as I prepare for what lies ahead: more love, more joy, vibrant health, growth, even more true friendships, and abundance in every sense of the word. 🌟

This year, I vow to savour each moment as if it were my last. Life in general and the last 12 months has taught me that age really is a privilege—a gift not everyone gets to experience. My dad’s story, was cut short, he gave rise to mine,at the age I enjoy niw, he never did.

His legacy not only inspired me,but made me curious to ensure I lived life fully, deeply, intentionally and wholly. Life is precious, and it’s up to us and each and every one of us to be the best versions of ourselves. 💝💝

This post in honour of just a few precious people who are forever young! My dad, two incredible beautiful women; Tina and Juliet/Namoi. You have all who impacted my life and were gone way too soon, thank you, I love the three of you very much! Thank you for each imprinting love in my heart….❤️❤️❤️

In 2025, I promise to;

🎄✨The Festive Season has been full of laughter, fun and was wrapped in a crazy vibe—it was over before I knew it! 🤪

The last few weeks have brought much love, joy of laughter, fun, and yes, a little too much food (oops!)… Beyond the festive chaos, there’s been an abundance of gratitude for all I have and all the wonderful people around me and a deep reflection on who I have become….🙏🏼💫

As the days continue to fly by, I’m taking time each day to reflect on everything that worked in 2024 and lovingly releasing what didn’t.
