🌿 you don't have to be a Buddhist or religious or even a regular meditation practitioner of any sorts to join this monumental global community gathering at the conclusion of the monks' 2300- mile Walk-for-Peace, a journey of 109 days on foot through America's winter, to raise awareness of inner peace & mindfulness across the world.

We warmly invite everyone from across the nation and the world to join us for a special loving-kindness meditation session with the venerable monks and Venerable Bhikkhu Pannakara.

📅 Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 (Our Day 109)
⏰ Time: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM EST
📍 Location: George Washington University Smith Center

This session will be livestreamed on our page and website so everyone can participate at the same time, no matter where you are in the world.
When thousands of hearts meditate together in the same moment, our collective loving-kindness ripples outward, touching hearts, healing wounds, and planting seeds of peace everywhere. Your presence matters. Your meditation matters. Your loving-kindness matters.

🙏🏼 I have been following the journey of these Buddhist monks and their dog Aloka for quite some time. They are touching so many hearts along their path, now globally awakening interest while spreading hope & joy and talking about mindfulness in a world desperately in need of it✨

🙏🏼 peace 🌻👣🐾



🍀 Though our feet walk hard roads and harsh miles, may our presence touch hearts softly—every soul who sees us, hears of us, or simply knows we walk. And in that gentle touch, may happiness and peace awaken in their lives.
