a well balanced meal doesn't mean tricky calculations, complicated recipes or hours of prepping.

on a plate:
steamed greens, tomatoes, avocado, sourdough, eggs.

wholesome. healthy. colourful. tasty. satisfying. complete.

🍳 and yes, eggsidents happen. it's part of staying real 😊

spring is not all about renewal & rebirth.

stilling the body is the portal to stilling your mind.

a still mind doesn't stop thinking, that is their nature.

a still mind knows how to rest with it.

therein lies peace and potential.
