My career has always been based around health and wellbeing (hospital trained nurse). I love helping people and have a commitment to education and empowering mid-life women to live their best life.
Along with my Pilates, Counselling and training qualifications, I have completed my studies to become a Certified Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner and Weight loss Coach and I am currently undertaking Nutrition studies at university.
