My career has always been based around health and wellbeing (hospital trained nurse). I love helping people and have a commitment to education and empowering mid-life women to live their best life.
Along with my Pilates, Counselling and training qualifications, I have completed my studies to become a Certified Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner and Weight loss Coach and I am currently undertaking Nutrition studies at university.

Great success and support after joining Linda’s small group class at Glide Pilates. I highly recommend her ability to customise an individual program.I have had many challenges beyond middle age with long term scoliosis. I am achieving greater strength and flexibility to enjoy my activities of choice, no longer restricted by pain/discomfort. 5⭐️ manage and encourage our wellbeing:)

Well that’s a wrap on 2025!
It has been another busy year with work and study so I’m taking a break. The studio will reopen on Monday 12th January.

A huge thank you to all my wonderful clients for your support, showing up each week and doing the work. Watching you build strength and reduce pain makes my work all the more enjoyable. 😁
